The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has granted regulatory consent for several senior appointments covering board and executive roles at JSC Eurasian Bank, Corporate Fund KMF-Demeu and JSC ForteBank. The approvals include Zhanbota Bekenov as a member of Eurasian Bank’s board of directors and Erlan Musin as a board member serving as an independent director, both agreed on 13 October 2025. Consent was also given to Azat Orynov as head of the governing body of Corporate Fund KMF-Demeu on 9 October 2025 and to Shalkar Jusupov as a member of that governing body on 13 October 2025. Zamira Sundetova was approved as managing director of ForteBank on 13 October 2025.

The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved senior appointments at JSC Eurasian Bank, Corporate Fund KMF-Demeu, and JSC ForteBank. Zhanbota Bekenov and Erlan Musin were appointed to Eurasian Bank's board, Azat Orynov and Shalkar Jusupov to KMF-Demeu's governing body, and Zamira Sundetova as managing director of ForteBank.
