The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has authorised KMF (QMF) Microfinance Organisation JSC to undergo a voluntary reorganisation through conversion into a bank. The decision also permits the KMF – Demeu Corporate Fund to obtain bank holding company status in relation to the bank to be created through the conversion and to establish a subsidiary organisation of that bank.

The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has authorised KMF Microfinance Organisation JSC to convert into a bank. Additionally, KMF – Demeu Corporate Fund is permitted to obtain bank holding company status and establish a subsidiary of the new bank.
