The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that AIFCAP MANAGERS LTD has initiated dissolution and liquidation proceedings for ANABAZA RAIF V.C.I.C LTD. The fund will remain on the Registered Alternative Investment Fund register marked “under liquidation” until completion of the process, after which the authority will delete it upon receipt of the required documents.
