The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis announced changes to its Little Rock Branch board of directors effective January 2026, appointing Michael Barr and Kevin McGilton and reappointing Allison J.H. Thompson. Barr, president of Harry G. Barr/WeatherBarr Windows & Doors, was appointed by the St. Louis Fed’s head office board to a three-year term. McGilton, president and chief executive officer of Riceland Foods Inc., was appointed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System to fill the unexpired portion of a three-year term ending December 31, 2026. Thompson, president and chief executive officer of the Economic Development Alliance for Jefferson County, Arkansas, was reappointed by the Board of Governors to a three-year term and has served on the board since 2023.
