The Central Bank of the Republic of China published an update on the 14th trilateral meeting of the governors of the People’s Bank of China, the Bank of Japan and the Bank of Korea, held in Washington, where participants exchanged views on recent economic and financial developments and other topics. The meeting was chaired by Bank of Japan Governor Kazuo Ueda, with People’s Bank of China Governor Pan Gongsheng and Bank of Korea Governor Rhee Chang-yong attending. The 15th meeting is scheduled to be hosted by the Bank of Korea in 2026.
