The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario has announced that Andrew K Fung, Executive Vice President, Pensions, will retire effective 1 October 2026. The update marks a leadership change in FSRA’s pensions division after Fung’s service at the regulator and its predecessor since 2018. FSRA said Fung helped expand its supervisory framework and deepen stakeholder engagement in Ontario’s pension sector. Before becoming Executive Vice President, Pensions, he served as Chief Actuary at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, then moved to FSRA in 2019 and later held roles including Head of Relationship Management and Prudential Supervision. The release also noted that he served as Interim Executive Vice President, Corporate Services in 2025 with oversight of the CFO, CIO and CRO functions.
