The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) issued a rule reducing the scope of restrictions tied to the ARS 200 million daily limit for non-residents transferring negotiable securities to depository entities abroad. The daily limit will not apply where the transfer involves securities that begin amortising from two years after their issuance date (previously three years) and that were acquired in a primary placement or auction, up to the subscribed face value.

The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) has amended rules to reduce restrictions on the ARS 200 million daily limit for non-residents transferring negotiable securities abroad. The limit exemption now applies to securities amortising from two years after issuance, down from three, if acquired in a primary placement or auction up to the subscribed face value.
