The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that a delegation led by Governor Jasmina Selimović paid an official visit to the Bank of England in London, marking the first official meeting at the level of the two institutions’ leadership teams. Talks with Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey focused on current macroeconomic trends and central banking issues including monetary and financial stability, foreign exchange reserve management, risk management and payment system development. The Bosnia and Herzegovina delegation also included Vice Governors Emir Kurtić and Marko Vidaković. The two sides exchanged views on how institutions are responding to the changing international environment and broader global economic challenges, and indicated that they will continue dialogue and strengthen professional cooperation through further exchange of knowledge and experience in central banking.
