Monaco's Ministry of Finance and Economy appointed Bruno Dalles as Director of the Monegasque Financial Security Authority (AMSF), the independent authority that replaced SICCFIN to combat money laundering, terrorist financing, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and corruption. Dalles is currently Prosecutor General at the Court of Appeal of Nouméa and previously led TRACFIN, France’s counterpart to AMSF, from 2015 to 2019, before serving as regional director of public finances for the Centre-Val de Loire region and the Loiret department from 2019 to 2022. He will succeed Sophie Thevenoux, who has held the role since 29 January 2024. He is scheduled to take up his duties on 3 March.
