The Angola Capital Markets Commission (CMC) has published the final report on its 100-day operational plan introduced by the new Board of Directors for 2025, covering implementation from 7 January 2025 to 17 April 2025 and reporting an overall execution rate of 89.17%. The plan set out high-impact operational initiatives intended to support the development and increased visibility and attractiveness of Angola’s capital markets. Implementation was structured around 44 initiatives, with 34 completed in full by the end of the programme. CMC presents the plan as establishing a foundation for its 2025 work programme and as supporting its strategic priorities, including strengthening stakeholder confidence, making the market more dynamic, and aligning actions with government objectives for sustainable economic growth.
