The Jordan Securities Commission reported that the Chairman and members of its Board of Commissioners have taken the legal oath before Prime Minister Dr. Jaafar Hassan, following a Royal Decree approving the Council of Ministers’ decision to appoint them. The Board comprises Chairman Imad Mohammed Abu Haltam and members Alaa El-Din Nasser Al-Zoubi, Elias Ayoub Zureikat, and Mohamed Abdel Sattar Jaradat. The oath was taken in accordance with Article 10 of the Securities Law No. 18 of 2017, and the ceremony was attended by Minister of State for Prime Minister Affairs Abdellatif Najdawi.
