The Oman Financial Services Authority has received the Urban Compliance Certificate for Buildings, recognizing that its building meets approved planning, technical and regulatory standards and supports an integrated, sustainable working environment. Executive President Abdullah bin Salim Al Salmi accepted the certificate during the Oman Real Estate, Design and Build Exhibition. The recognition was framed as part of the authority’s broader effort to improve institutional infrastructure efficiency and workplace quality while advancing compliance and sustainability in line with Oman Vision 2040. The certificate, launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in May 2026 at the same exhibition, is awarded to buildings that meet the core standards in the Oman Building Code requirements guide for design and implementation and satisfy public safety and security requirements.
