Ukraine’s National Commission on Securities and Stock Market published a set of decisions on registration and licensing matters, including the termination of a capital markets licence and the registration and approval of several share issuances. The Commission terminated PARITET PENSION FUND MANAGING ADMINISTRATOR LLC’s licence for professional activities in the capital markets covering asset management of institutional investors and administration of non-state pension funds. It also registered the share issue and prospectus of JSC “ZNVCIF AIRGENESIS UA” for joint investment, approved draft charters and the registration of share issues for JSC “ZNVKIF AMSTER”, JSC “ZNVCIF BURGUNDY” and JSC “ZNVCIF STELLA” to form initial authorised capital, extended the term of appointment of a temporary head of a licensee, and registered a non-public share issue of PJSC “ADM ILLICHIVSK”.

Ukraine’s National Commission on Securities and Stock Market announced decisions on licensing and registration, including terminating PARITET PENSION FUND MANAGING ADMINISTRATOR LLC’s capital markets licence. The Commission registered share issues and prospectuses for joint investment companies and approved draft charters for initial capital formation. It also extended the term of a temporary head of a licensee and registered a non-public share issue for PJSC “ADM ILLICHIVSK”.
