The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) said the Financial Secretary has appointed Elisa Ng as the new Executive Director of Investment Products and reappointed Lisa Chen as Executive Director of Legal Services for a further three-year term. Ng's appointment takes effect on 8 June 2026 and Chen's new term starts on 22 May 2026. Ng joins after more than 20 years in asset management. Most recently, she was Chief Executive Officer and Head of Hong Kong Funds and Institutional Business at J.P. Morgan Asset Management Hong Kong, with responsibility for fund management, product offerings and market engagement. Her industry roles have included serving as Chairman of the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association from 2023 to 2024 and membership on the SFC's Advisory Committee. Chen has led the Legal Services Department since 2023.

Ng joins from J.P. Morgan Asset Management Hong Kong, where she was Chief Executive Officer and Head of Hong Kong Funds and Institutional Business, and previously served as Chairman of the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association and as a member of the SFC Advisory Committee.
