The Vietnam State Securities Commission (SSC) issued a notice requiring individuals named in an accompanying list to pay the prescribed fee to complete the procedure for reissuing securities practising certificates under Ministry of Finance Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC. The reissuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer to the SSC or directly at the SSC. Transfer payments must include a reference stating it is the reissuance fee and identifying the recipient and their identity document number. If the fee is not paid and the reissued certificate is not collected within one year from the SSC notice, the SSC will issue a decision cancelling the reissued securities practising certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets a VND 1,000,000 reissuance fee and one-year payment window for securities practising certificates
The Vietnam State Securities Commission (SSC) has mandated individuals listed in a notice to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for reissuing securities practising certificates as per Ministry of Finance Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC.
