The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine published decisions from its latest meeting, including a new procedure for managers to submit reporting data and support for three draft laws, one of which would align Ukrainian anti-money laundering legislation more closely with European Union requirements. It also decided to warn investors about the questionable investment projects Aurora Trade Limited and CadBrokers. The commission ordered inspections of two professional market participants and terminated the dealer license of GOODWILL-BROK LLC. It registered share issues for five venture corporate investment funds and approved draft charters and initial share issues for two additional funds. The commission also reviewed critical enterprise designations, upholding earlier decisions for some companies while revoking the status of businesses that no longer met the criteria, and approved candidates for responsible officer and supervisory board roles at several asset management companies.
