Vietnam State Securities Commission instructs named individuals to pay VND 1 million re-issuance fee for securities practice certificates

The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring individuals listed in an attached roster to pay the fee for re-issuance of securities practice certificates as part of completing their certification process, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The re-issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission or paid directly at the Commission, with the payment description specifying the certificate holder’s name and identification document number. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the re-issued certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that had been issued.
