The Mauritius Financial Services Commission has notified the public that COMO Global, previously known as Mouyis Cohen Global, has surrendered its Global Legal Advisory Services Licence, resulting in the licence’s termination. The FSC stated that the surrender was made under Section 28(5) of the Financial Services Act 2007, and that the termination of the licence took effect from 25 March 2025 pursuant to Section 28(9) of the Act.
