The Argentina Superintendency of Insurance announced that the deadline for timely verification of credit claims against TPC Compañía de Seguros S.A. expired on 8 April 2026 under the 2 December 2025 resolution. Creditors who did not file on time may still submit claims through the late verification procedure under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law.
