The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis appointed Elizabeth Leake as vice president and chief financial officer of its Financial Management Group, with responsibility for leading the division and ensuring the Bank’s financial management functions adhere to internal controls and meet audit standards. Leake joined the Bank in 2013 and most recently served as interim vice president and CFO of the Financial Management Group from November 2024, having previously led the Financial Planning and Analysis team as assistant vice president. The CFO role was previously held by Jorge Lomeli, who has moved to vice president for the Administrative Services Division. Leake’s appointment took effect on January 16, 2025.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis appointed Elizabeth Leake as vice president and chief financial officer of its Financial Management Group, effective January 16, 2025. Leake, who joined the Bank in 2013, previously served as interim vice president and CFO. She succeeds Jorge Lomeli, now vice president for the Administrative Services Division.
