The National Bank of Moldova announced that Governor Anca Dragu is leading the Republic of Moldova’s official delegation to the International Monetary Fund and World Bank Group Constituency high-level meeting in Luxembourg on 2–4 July 2025. Discussions are set to focus on fiscal policy in the current geopolitical context, infrastructure investment challenges, and the twin transition of climate change and digital transformation. Hosted jointly by Luxembourg’s Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Luxembourg, the meeting convenes members of the IMF Constituency led by the Netherlands and Belgium. On the margins, Dragu is scheduled to hold meetings with senior officials from the IMF, the World Bank Group and the European Commission, as well as counterparts from other central banks, to deepen multilateral cooperation and support reforms in Moldova’s banking and financial sector; Moldova has been part of this Constituency since 12 August 2012.

The National Bank of Moldova announced Governor Anca Dragu is leading the delegation to the IMF and World Bank Group Constituency meeting in Luxembourg from 2–4 July 2025. Discussions will address fiscal policy, infrastructure investment challenges, and the twin transition of climate change and digital transformation. Dragu will also meet with senior officials from the IMF, World Bank Group, and European Commission to enhance cooperation and support financial sector reforms in Moldova.
