The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has launched a series of awareness sessions for business graduates across multiple educational institutions focused on corporatization and the business registration process, including how recent digital changes are intended to streamline company incorporation and related compliance. The programme uses interactive discussions, live demonstrations and real-world examples to explain registration procedures, relevant legal frameworks and SECP’s digital tools, including the eZfile portal and the digital company incorporation system. SECP also positioned the outreach as a means to build awareness of corporate governance and financial accountability among prospective entrepreneurs and future business leaders.
