Ukraine’s National Commission on Securities and Stock Market published its 2025 operational statistics, reporting 7,024 packages of documents processed and 2,444 administrative services delivered, generating more than UAH 38.2 million in state budget revenue. The Commission recorded 596 free services and 1,848 paid services, compared with 1,617 services worth UAH 37.6 million in 2024. Free services were led by the Department of Registration of Securities Issues, which delivered 329 services, most commonly for cancellation of securities issue registration, approval of a corporate investment fund charter, and approval of amendments to a securities issuance decision. Paid services were dominated by the Department of Licensing and Regulation in the field of collective investment, which accounted for 1,384 services (more than 74% of all paid services), with the most frequent requests covering registration of changes to collective investment institution regulations, registration of changes to a securities issue prospectus, and registration of a securities issue with issuance of a certificate; these services generated almost 90% of total budget revenues.
