The Bermuda Monetary Authority has published a stakeholder letter and a draft Guidance Note on recovery planning requirements for Bermuda commercial insurers, intended to provide additional guidance under the Insurance (Prudential Standards) (Recovery Plan) Rules 2024. Industry stakeholders are invited to submit feedback on the draft Guidance Note by 11 July 2025.
