The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo and the Kosovo Intelligence Agency have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to expand and strengthen inter-institutional collaboration, in line with their respective legal mandates. The memorandum is intended to enhance institutional coordination and sets a framework for the secure and controlled exchange of necessary and relevant information to support the effective fulfilment of both institutions’ constitutional and legal responsibilities, with the stated aim of strengthening security, transparency and institutional resilience.
