The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan held an online meeting with around 70 representatives of payment organisations and electronic money organisations to explain new requirements arising from recent amendments to the Rule on the organisation and implementation of activities by these firms, covering the accounting of payment service users’ funds, aggregate capital calculation, foreign currency operations, and revised reporting forms for key financial indicators and issued loans, and answered participants’ questions.
