It stated that assurrityfund.com is not a BVI Business Company, advised the public to exercise extreme caution and avoid conducting any financial services with the entity, and invited the public to provide relevant information on questionable entities or improper activities. The statement was issued pursuant to section 37A(4) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
