The Slovenia Insurance Supervision Agency has published a notice highlighting key supervisory novelties and its priority supervisory areas for 2026, within the remit defined by applicable legislation. The agency also recommends that insurance and reinsurance undertakings and pension companies review the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority’s published materials on supervisory priorities and its 2026 work programme.
