The National Bank of Romania will make XML files containing daily exchange rates available exclusively through curs.bnr.ro from Aug. 6, 2026. Users of the current www.bnr.ro addresses must update their system configurations, replacing links such as https://www.bnr.ro/nbrfxrates.xml with https://curs.bnr.ro/nbrfxrates.xml. File names will remain unchanged, with only the access domain changing. The central bank has also corrected the schemaLocation URL in the 2026 XML files and the URLs in the related XSD file.
