The Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission has appointed Mr. Songyod Bunjoungmanee as Assistant Secretary-General of the Investment Management Division, with responsibility for overseeing the Department of Investment Management Supervision, the Department of Investment Management Policy, and the Department of Provident Fund Policy and Registration. The appointment takes effect on 1 January 2026. Mr. Songyod previously served as Director of the Department of Corporate Finance 3, the Department of Corporate Finance – Equity 2, and the Department of Investment Management Policy.

The Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission has appointed Mr. Songyod Bunjoungmanee as Assistant Secretary-General of the Investment Management Division, effective 1 January 2026. He will oversee the Departments of Investment Management Supervision, Investment Management Policy, and Provident Fund Policy and Registration. Mr. Songyod previously held directorial roles in Corporate Finance and Investment Management Policy.
