The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring three individuals listed in an attached schedule to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practice certificate as part of completing the certification process, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applied at the Commission. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person and may be paid by bank transfer or in person at the Commission, with the payment reference identifying the certificate holder and their identification document. If the certificate holder does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the date of the fee notification, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the securities practice certificate that has been granted.
