The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority has received the final independent expert report on BUSS (Queensland) Pty Ltd, trustee for The Building Unions Superannuation Scheme (Queensland) (BUSSQ), which was commissioned under licence conditions imposed in August 2024 and varied in March 2025 to review BUSSQ’s fit and proper processes and expenditure management practices, and BUSSQ is now required to publish the report under those licence conditions.
