The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals listed in an annex to pay the fee for issuance of securities practice certificates to complete the certification process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applying the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities sector fees and charges at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at designated banks or paid directly at the Commission, and transfer references must identify the certificate recipient, identification document number and certificate type. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1 million fee payment process for securities practice certificates
