At its 73rd Management Board meeting, the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency adopted a package of rule amendments affecting voluntary pension companies and funds, alternative investment fund managers and UCITS management companies, alongside several licensing and supervisory decisions. The regulatory changes cover the structure and content of financial statements and other reports for companies managing voluntary pension funds and for voluntary pension funds themselves, as well as governance, authorization, delegation, organizational and qualified holding requirements for AIF and UCITS managers. Separately, the agency rescinded its 28 May 2025 decision granting Inspire Investments d.o.o. approval to establish and manage the Inspire GAMMA open-ended alternative investment fund with a private offering. It also approved Tomislav Matić to serve as a management board member of Raiffeisen mirovinsko osiguravajuće društvo d.d. for a four-year term from his registration with the Commercial Court in Zagreb, granted insurance distribution licenses to HABITAT savjetovanje d.o.o. and Bruno Manjaka, and noted that Luna Bella Prebanda's insurance distribution license ceased to be valid on 25 February 2026.
