Vietnam State Securities Commission reviews Party resolutions at nationwide implementation conference

The Vietnam State Securities Commission published an account of its participation in a nationwide conference on implementing resolutions, conclusions and rules adopted at the third plenum of the 14th Party Central Committee. The update reports institutional participation and does not set out new securities regulatory measures. Nearly 300 party committee members and party members from the commission attended through three locations. The conference covered five thematic areas, including Vietnam’s development model, national security, proposed amendments to land legislation, environmental and climate policy, the organization of the political system and rules governing party members.
