The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that four investment compartments of AZUSA UMBRELLA FUND AIF V.C.I.C. PLC have been dissolved and put into liquidation, following a dissolution decision taken at the fund’s shareholders’ general meeting under the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. The compartments are Azusa Fixed Income Fund 1, Sanostra Development Fund, Sanostra Active Fund and Sanostra Income Fund. CySEC noted that the dissolution was communicated by the compartments’ external manager, Global Capital Securities & Financial Services Ltd, and that the compartments are being put into voluntary liquidation.
