The Indonesia Financial Services Authority has issued rules requiring parties in the capital markets, financial derivatives and carbon exchange sectors to submit incidental reports through its integrated reporting system. The requirements cover reports mandated by applicable regulations or requested by the authority and take effect on Oct. 1, 2026. Reporting parties must provide complete, accurate, current and timely information, retain appropriate records and correct reports when necessary. The framework also establishes alternative arrangements for system disruptions and administrative sanctions for noncompliance. A separate technical regulation sets out the report list, formats and submission procedures.
