The Chile Financial Market Commission has announced that “CMF Supervisa”, a new online communication channel for supervised entities and other mandated reporting parties, will go live via the CMF website on 1 May 2025 and will become the required route for submitting information demanded under laws and regulations. CMF Supervisa is created by General Rule No. 515 and will replace both the existing Online Information Submission System and Extranet. To support onboarding, the Commission will run an introductory webinar on 15 April 2025 at 11:00 to explain access, available functions and applications, and the procedure for meeting General Rule No. 515 requirements. Video tutorials covering the webinar topics will also be made available. Registration for the webinar is open until 14 April 2025 via the CMF website, subject to capacity. Separately, supervised entities that need to update legal representative information can do so from 7 April 2025 using the form available in CMF Sin Papel, with documentation evidencing the representative’s status.
