The Guernsey Financial Services Commission has published amendments to the Financial Crime Returns Rules to align them with a revised Form 152, which has been renamed from the Financial Crime Risk – Intermediary Annual Return to the Financial Crime Risk – Investment Vehicles Return. In substance, the update changes the rules governing that return rather than the wider financial crime reporting framework. The revised Form 152 was developed in collaboration with the fund administration sector, and separate communication on the changes has been sent to affected parties, identified as designated administrators. The rule amendments are limited to Form 152 and reflect changes to its name, content, reporting period and submission deadline. No other financial crime related return is affected.
