The suspension was made under section 915B(3)(a) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and has been recorded on ASIC’s Professional Registers. Oscar Oliver Capital has held AFS licence number 506982 since 19 February 2019 and has previously operated under the names Veloce Funds Management Ltd and Zenio Capital Limited. Oscar Oliver Capital may apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal to seek review of ASIC’s decision.
