The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, set under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applicable at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission Office’s bank accounts or paid directly at the Commission, and if the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year of the fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued certificate.
