The Central Bank of Russia has set out the operating hours for the Bank of Russia Payment System on 3 November 2025, including the timing of its sessions and the regular session’s standard and settlement periods. The faster payments service will continue to operate 24/7 with no change. In Moscow time, the preliminary session will run from 00:00 to 01:00, followed by the regular session from 01:00 to 21:00. Within the regular session, the standard period will be 01:00 to 20:00 and the settlement period 20:00 to 21:00. The final session will start at 21:00 and end no later than 22:00.
