The alert is part of the OSC’s investor warning and alert process, which flags possible harmful or illegal activity and maintains a warning list of firms or individuals that may pose a risk to investors. The firms named are Wealth Invest 24, Horizon Chain Investments also known as Horizon Chain Capitals, Robo Broker Ltd., Growth Path 1, Tuxtop also known as Tuxai, Highmont Group, AXIS-Community VIP1, Gold Rush Experts, Apollo Ventures Trading Ltd., SIMNA Artificial Intelligence Services also known as Maple Quant, Nexymus, Algo Quant HFT and Summit Finluxor. The OSC advised investors approached by any of these firms, or by any other unregistered person or company, to contact the regulator and to verify registration before purchasing an investment or receiving investment advice, including through its Check Before You Invest and crypto business resources.
