The National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan has issued a licence to Atlas Hotel LLC to conduct foreign currency operations for a specific service activity, namely servicing non-residents in the hotel. The authorisation permits the hotel to accept foreign currency and, at the customer’s choice, also accept national currency without restrictions for payment for those services. It must display an information board at the cashier showing the daily exchange rates of foreign currency against the national currency, and it may not use the licence to engage in foreign currency exchange.
