National Bank of Moldova Governor Anca Dragu participated in the Annual Meeting of the Governing Board of the Centre of Excellence in Finance (CEF) in Montenegro, where she highlighted the central bank’s engagement in the CEF community and the results of the CEF-supported “National Bank of Moldova – Institutional transformation into a learning-oriented organization (NBM LearnOrgLab)” project. The meeting brought together leaders from Central and South-Eastern Europe to discuss strengthening institutions’ capacity to plan, implement and effectively support reforms, and to consider fundraising strategies to sustain and expand regional learning programmes. Dragu described LearnOrgLab as focused on developing institutional and individual capabilities by promoting a modern organisational culture centred on continuous learning and knowledge exchange, and indicated an interest in continuing cooperation and transferring acquired knowledge to other public institutions in Moldova and the wider region.
