The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has granted regulatory approval for a series of senior appointments in the securities market, covering executive body leadership and membership roles as well as chief accountant positions. The approvals include Tumar Zhaisanova (executive body member), Temirlan Omarzhanov (head of the executive body), Natalya Bocharova (executive body member and deputy chair of the management board) and Zaure Ergazieva (chief accountant). The Agency also approved Anatoliy Stroganov as an executive body member and deputy chair of the management board at Alatau City Invest JSC (formerly First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC), Alan Imambaev as an executive body member responsible for information technology and deputy chair of the management board at Alatau City Invest JSC, and Rada Kasymbekova as chief accountant at First Heartland Capital JSC, with the approvals recorded in protocols dated 12 August to 9 September 2025.
