Japan Financial Services Agency has decided to purchase trust beneficiary rights and related instruments connected to a preferential investment issued by Kyoei Shinkin Bank under the Act on Special Measures for Strengthening Financial Functions, and has published the associated Management Enhancement Plan and Management Enhancement Guidance Plan. The decision was taken under Article 28, paragraph 1 of the Act as applied by Article 28, paragraph 5 of its supplementary provisions. In line with Article 29 as so applied, the agency released the Management Enhancement Plan and Management Enhancement Guidance Plan materials for Noto Kyoei Shinkin Bank and Shinkin Central Bank, including outline documents.
