The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has published a package of draft secondary regulations for public consultation to implement the Law on open-ended investment funds with a public offering. The drafts cover rules on central funds and feeder funds, liquidation and termination of open-ended funds, the content and maintenance of the register of management companies and funds, amendments to existing rules on authorisation and approvals for management companies, regulatory capital requirements for management companies, and the content of notifications to start marketing in an EU member state and the UCITS fund certificate issued by the Authority. Comments and suggestions can be submitted within 14 days of publication, after which the Authority will consider feedback and finalise the texts.

The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has released draft secondary regulations for public consultation to implement the Law on open-ended investment funds with a public offering. The drafts address rules on central and feeder funds, fund liquidation and termination, management company registers, authorisation amendments, regulatory capital requirements, and EU marketing notifications. Feedback will be considered before finalising the regulations.
