The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved a package of rule-making, reporting, registration and supervisory decisions, including draft amendments to existing Commission acts, a new instruction on access control, and technical conditions for submitting financial statements in XBRL format to the financial statements collection centre for validation and publication. On the regulatory side, the Commission approved draft decisions on amendments to certain Commission decisions and on the instruction for organizing access control within the Commission, as well as a draft regulation governing the issuance and registration of shares when joint stock companies are established through transformation of state and municipal enterprises. It also amended Commission Decision No. 198 of 24 March 2022. In market actions, the Commission registered the share issue and prospectus for collective investment of JSC ZNVCIF PROCAPITAL INVEST and registered changes to the prospectus and related documentation for JSC ZNVCIF SKYFALL, including replacement of the share issue registration certificate. Supervisory approvals covered an intention to acquire a significant participation in the professional capital markets participant LLC AMC VALPRIM, confirmation that LLC AMC LVIV CAPITAL meets criteria under Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 76 of 27 January 2023, and approval of the acting director of FC OLIMPIA LLC.
