The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan has issued Azvvallet LLC with an indefinite licence authorising it to carry out electronic money institution activities. The licence was granted under Azerbaijan’s Law on Payment Services and Payment Systems following the Central Bank’s assessment of organisations that applied for licensing to provide payment services, and was approved by a decision of the Central Bank’s Board.
